Isuzu NPR-XD Diesel
The Isuzu NPR-XD diesel-powered truck delivers unsurpassed performance and exceptional maneuverability. The low-cab forward design provides exceptional forward visibility and provides room for more cargo, with the ability to accommodate bodies ranging from 10–20'. The NPR-XD standard cab models have room for three passengers and four wheelbase options ranging from 109–176", and the crew cab models can fit up to seven passengers and come with two wheelbase options of 150" or 176". All 2025 and newer N-Series models will feature new cab enhancements, including improved aerodynamics, LED lighting, a three-zone front fascia, a redesigned instrument panel and more.
The Isuzu NPR-XD is a Class 4 favorite among drivers thanks to its smooth response, low cost of ownership, and GVWR of 16,000 lbs. and GCWR of 22,000 lbs. The dual rear-wheel chassis design provides a sturdy platform that can manage heavier body payloads ranging from 8,842–9,605 lbs. The NPR-XD comes standard with an Isuzu 5.2L I4 turbocharged diesel engine paired with an Aisin 6-speed automatic transmission that together output 452 lb.-ft. of torque and 215 hp. For added safety and control, the NPR-XD diesel models come standard with an Electronic Vehicle Stability Control system that improves traction in slippery conditions and have the option for an Automatic Emergency Braking System and a Lane Departure Warning System.
