The Vision is available to order in custom configurations only, as each bus is specifically tailored to your needs and specific operating requirements.
The Vision has earned the reputation as one of the safest vehicles on the road today for transporting children to and from school. And with added safety features such as Blue Bird’s E-Z Light Check System, built-in backup cameras, Bendix’s ESP® full stability system and a best-in-class turning radius, it’s no secret how the Vision received this designation. Blue Bird’s Vision comes with options for a Cummins B6.7 diesel engine, a Ford 7.3L V8 gasoline engine or a Ford 7.3L engine with a ROUSH CleanTech Propane Fuel System. Propane and gas models are equipped with an industry-leading Ford 6R140 6-speed automatic transmission while the diesel models feature an Allison Pupil Transport Series™ 5- & 6-speed automatic transmission.
