Parts Connect® Return Shipping Instructions

Eligible purchases made online via Shop.RushTruckCenters.com and shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx qualify for return shipping back to the Rush Truck Centers location the item was originally shipped from.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.

Purchases must meet the following conditions to be eligible for in-store return or exchange:

  1. Must be packed in original manufacturer's box with no marking or labels on box.
  2. Must be returned in new, resalable, and uninstalled condition.
  3. Must be complete with instructions and all components provided by the manufacturer.
  4. Core parts must be returned in their original box.
  5. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  6. Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice to be eligible for return.
  7. Only items that were ordered online and shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx qualify for return shipping.

Please Note:

  • Part returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited back to the same credit card used on your original order. Refunds for cash, check or debit card payments will be issued via check.
  • Shipping and handling charges from the original online purchase are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on Rush Truck Centers’ part.

If the item returned does not qualify for return processing, a Rush Truck Centers team member will the customer for next steps.
