Parts Connect® In-Store Return Instructions
Eligible purchases made online via shop.rushtruckcenters.com can be returned or exchanged in-store to the Parts Department of any Rush Truck Centers location in the United States. Purchases must meet the following conditions to be eligible for in-store return or exchange:
- Must be packed in original manufacturer's box with no marking or labels on box.
- Must be returned in new, resalable, and uninstalled condition.
- Must be complete with instructions and all components provided by the manufacturer.
- Core parts must be returned in their original box.
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice to be eligible for return.
Please Note:
- Part returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- If you made the purchase using a credit card, you must bring the same credit card with you as well as one of the following forms of ID to make a return/exchange in-store: Driver’s License, State ID, Military ID, Permanent Resident Card, or Border Crossing Card.
- Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited back to the same credit card used on your original order.
- Refunds for cash, check or debit card payments will be issued via check.
