Parts Connect® In-Store Return Instructions

Eligible purchases made online via Shop.RushTruckCenters.com can be returned or exchanged in-store to the Parts Department of any Rush Truck Centers location in the United States. Purchases must meet the following conditions to be eligible for in-store return or exchange:

  1. Must be packed in original manufacturer's box with no marking or labels on box.
  2. Must be returned in new, resalable, and uninstalled condition.
  3. Must be complete with instructions and all components provided by the manufacturer.
  4. Core parts must be returned in their original box.
  5. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  6. Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice to be eligible for return.

Please Note:

  1. Part returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  2. If you made the purchase using a credit card, you must bring the same credit card with you as well as one of the following forms of ID to make a return/exchange in-store: Driver’s License, State ID, Military ID, Permanent Resident Card, or Border Crossing Card.
  3. Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited back to the same credit card used on your original order.
  4. Refunds for cash, check or debit card payments will be issued via check.
